Tips
• Use the same crop/zoom for before & after — that's what makes the wipe feel like a real transformation.
• For 1080×1920 export, source images at least 1080px tall.
• If framing needs a crop, it runs in-browser from the full-resolution file (no Sharp/ffmpeg for that step).
• Square 1∶1 mode keeps export at 1080×1920 but draws the wipe in a centered 1080×1080 region so faces are less likely to be cut off; use matching crops for before & after.
• Wordmark is drawn on the "after" layer and is revealed together with the wipe. Logo stays a full-frame overlay, top-left — use a PNG with transparency.
• Overlay align lets you pan/zoom the before layer over the fixed after preview until zoom matches; use it when the after shot feels tighter than the before.
